MALLORCA RUSTICA offers a limited selection of real estate properties  for sale or for rent, or a specialized property search tailord to the specific needs of its clients.

Comparing the relative high level of prices in Majorca, we prefere to operate in the centre of the island (ON SITE ) where you still can find a well balanced mix of quality, comfort and price. In Sineu we offer you a showroom.

The offer comprises in general typical properties with rustic and mediterranean features. Mainly you shall find fincas, town houses or attractive plots in rural areas. Besides this we market estate properties and investments in a very discrete manner by special order from the owners.

In these authentic areas you still shall find “the old Majorca” with its rural charm and original communities with people “standing firmly on the ground with both their feet” wihtin a surrounding in which it is difficult to live short-term trends.

However, what you will NOT find in our page are the island wide well known “sleeping beauties” and most of the offers for instance in apartment comunities or in the crowded and busy areas.

Apart from this we also market estate properties and investments with discretion by order from the sellers.

We are totally aware of the apparent disadvantage this philosophy may represent.
